Sun-dried is my University graduation film, it’s a stop motion animation about a tortoise stuck on his back, suffering in the heat of the desert sun. It was nominated for a Royal Television Society award in 2008.
I created all the models and props for the film, below are some production photos. The set base is 6ft x 4ft, props are made from foam, polystyrene and mixed materials. Background was painted then scanned into Photoshop and printed onto canvas.
